The memory rock uses a $20 PeelNStick QR plate without attaching directly to the headstone. A memory rock brings a special piece of a special place to be at the grave.
The rock that is chosen should have a 1 1/2” x 2″ flat spot that will face visitors or be on the top of the rock. That is the same size as folding a standard business card in half. Even if the flat area is a little uneven, our adhesive should provide a strong bond. The main thing is to avoid having any of the metal corners sticking out away from the rock. It should be kept in mind that many cemeteries have rules that prohibit items on the grass except at certain times of year. Those rules are mainly to help with mowing and using a weed eater. That is why it is good to use a smaller rock that can set on the base of the headstone.
