Once we receive your payment, we will email you with a link to submit the new web address. Or you can just use our Contact page after you have paid and include the plate code or person’s name and the new web address. $15 Upgrade from QR plate Pointing to Existing Online Obit to a Dedicated Page:
Even though you started with our lower costing QR Plate option (where the plate points to an existing online obituary), you can upgrade to a long-term dedicated page, which is designed with four sections or mini-pages. The dedicated page will ensure the plate will work for a very long time. It prevents from funeral home name changes, web address changes from system upgrades, and future subscription requirements for phone users to see an existing obituary. Once you purchase the upgrade, you will receive an email with a link to print a questionnaire. This questionnaire will help you accumulate additional details to expand the information.
- If you are upgrading because you bought our lowest cost option and thought you could find an online obituary, but could not, then this upgrade will give you a couple different options. One is to send us a copy of a printed obituary or funeral program. Another is to use our questionnaire to accumulate information for the dedicated page. Third is to do both send us a copy of the obit and to send us the questionnaire info.
- If your QR plate still points to an active online obituary, but you want the dedicated page so it protects info access for the future, we can convert the existing online obituary information into our four section dedicated page format. However, you may still want to print our questionnaire and submit the answers when you have time to improve or expound what the obituary information provides.

Add More Photos to Your Dedicated Page:
One photo is included with our dedicated pages if it is submitted around the time of your initial text. Having more than one photo lets visitors see the person at different ages and/or doing what they loved! Additional photos are usually placed in the Life or Passions sections. If you want to make several photos (3+) available, we can use a gallery feature in one of the sections where a thumbnail pic can be tapped and will open in a lightbox structure where people can slide through larger photos (than in the section). We have to charge a one-time fee for each additional photo to cover the unique very long storage, labor, and backup costs. Use the Buy Now in this section and change the quantity if wanting to add more than one. Contact us for video information. Once you select how many additional photos and pay the one-time photo fee, we will send you (usually within 24 hours) an email with instructions and options to submit your photo(s). If you do not have the structure to scan photos, it is usually best to find someone local that can scan and send us the photo via email. Remember people will be viewing the photo(s) from smaller phone screens so your picture may view smaller than the original. Change the Wording on a Dedicated Page:
After the page has been setup with the text and one photo and you haven’t notified us of any problems after a week, there is a $5 fee for later changes. The fee covers everything from editing one sentence to adding completely new information for the page. Once you purchase the $5 Change Dedicated Page Wording, we will send you a link to a submission page to enter your instructions or to submit a completely revised page.
